Danish Naseem, CPA
Managing Partner

Danish Naseem is a Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of Texas. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and attended the Leadership Program from Harvard School of Business.

Professionally, Danish has big four accounting firm tax experience in deferred and partnership taxation with Deloitte. He is now a full-time Commercial Real Estate Investor and invested in around 1,900 units, predominately in a General Partner (GP) capacity.  

Alain Villegas
Managing Partner

Alain Villegas, a resident of Irving, TX is a full time Commercial Real Estate investor. Alain is a Chemical Engineer by education and worked as an SAP IT consultant for multinational companies before retiring from corporate world in 2018. Together with his wife, Vannesa, formed Alamel Investments in 2012 and purchased the 9-unit Chapin Apartments in Fort Worth, Texas in 2013 as their first foray into apartments. 

Alain is invested in over 3,200 apartment units across 17 properties as a Deal Sponsor, Independent Owner, Key Principal, or Limited Partner.

Daniel Canterbury
Managing Partner

Daniel Canterbury is an accredited real estate investor, has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP). He had previously owned single family real estate investments since 2006, self managing the properties. As a multifamily investor, he is invested in a total of 1,900 apartment units.

 Professionally, Daniel has over 24 years of experience in the IT industry. He is now a full-time Commercial Real Estate Investor who is the asset manager in 1,900 units across 10 properties and has ownership in over 1,900 apartment units 

Christina Raines
Portfolio Asset Manager

Ms. Raines has started a new role as Portfolio Asset Manager for Abundance Equity Partners. During her previous experience she has worked in the Multi-Family industry across the Texas market for the past 27 years. She has worked for industry recognized management companies as well as individual owners. During her experience she was awarded with: Assistant Manager of the Year, Data Entry of the Year, Property Manager of the Year, Overall Improved Occupancy Award and Outstanding Social Media recognition. Christi is exceptionally focused on Best In Class performance and prides herself on coaching and mentoring her team towards those same standards. Christi started her multifamily career as a Leasing Consultant and has worked her way up through all levels of community management, enabling her to learn and grow in all areas of the business. Christi specializes in managing a diverse portfolio and has a proven track record in stabilizing communities and exceeding owner's expectations. In addition Christi has performed on site Accounting duties and developed new team training programs. Christi has been involved with Manager mentoring and training of new team members due to her expertise in policy and procedures, due diligence, auditing, special projects, software support and all facets of Property Operations. Christi holds an Accredited Residential Manager designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Christi was the Regional Manager of South Texas and offered wide-reaching support across the greater United States as the business grew and her experience was needed in other areas with Sherron Associates.
